The website provides general information about Digital-Gen services and possible project starting points. Content may be updated as the platform, packages and founding programme develop.
Project enquiries
Submitting a project brief does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance or commit you to a purchase. It gives Digital-Gen permission to review the information and contact you about the enquiry.
Proposals and project work
A project begins only after the parties agree to a written proposal or service agreement covering the scope, pricing, responsibilities, timing, payment terms and any ongoing services. Information on this website does not replace that project-specific agreement.
Intellectual property
The Digital-Gen name, website design, copy and original materials may not be copied, republished or presented as another business's work without permission. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
External links and availability
The website may link to third-party platforms and Digital-Gen case studies. Their availability and policies are controlled by their respective operators. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
