Privacy notice
Your information belongs to you.
This notice explains how Digital-Gen handles information submitted through this website in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Last updated: 25 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect the contact, business and project information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, project needs, budget range and preferred timeline.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess your enquiry, understand your business needs, prepare for a consultation, respond to you and improve the Digital-Gen service. We do not use a project enquiry to subscribe you automatically to marketing.
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in controlled website infrastructure and access is limited to people who need the information to manage Digital-Gen projects. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, service delivery, recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We may use trusted infrastructure or communication providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only where needed to provide the service, protect the business or comply with law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask Digital-Gen to correct, access or delete personal information connected to your enquiry, object to certain processing, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Email support@digital-gen.co.za or contact us on WhatsApp and identify the request as a privacy matter.
